The Company

Regal one Corporation is a Business Development Company (BDC, as defined by the Securities & Exchange Commission, Investment Company Act of 1940) 100% focused on recruiting, coaching and bringing public nest generation biomedical companies with world class, distinctive IP and well-defined, near-term applications that address significant and quantifiable markets. Regal is led by Dr. Malcolm Currie, former Under Secretary of Defense, Chairman and CEO of Hughes Aircraft (now Hughes Electronics), and Chairman of the University of Southern California (USC) Board of Trustees.

Regal has created a unique pathway and network of resources for early-stage biotech and biomedical companies seeking to make the transition from R&D to an operational company. The Company's status as a BDC/incubator can offer the short, economical path to liquidity with low dilution. The Regal Model is designed to address the needs and requirements of biomedical clients, microcap investment customers, and Regal shareholders.

> Biomedical clients can access the resources, advice and funds they require to transition from R&D to an operational phase in a cost-effective and timely manner by going public via SB-2 or other registration.

> Microcap investment customers (investment banks, institutions and others) can leverage Regal's due diligence and analysis to ensure an uniformaly high-quality deal flow.

> Regal shareholders can participate in the most exciting segments of the
microcap biotechnology space.

Regal's differentiation comes from its narrow focus on the biotech/biomedical sector, its proprietary processes for due diligence and world-class advisory board, and its networking capability within the financial community.

Our goal is to establish Regal One as a new kind of company in the micro-cap biotech space. Although far too immature volatile to be considered a "blue chip", over a period of years Regal aspires to become a "green chip" that delivers to its long term shareholders an outstanding return on invest capital.
